Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and God View when you use the God View app or website. By creating an account or using God View, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Most important

God View is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112 (or your local emergency number) first.
Only share and see location with people who have agreed to it. Secretly tracking anyone is not allowed.
The family plan renews every month through Google Play until you cancel it there.

1. Who can use God View

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may create a child account for their child and is responsible for that child’s use. You must give true details and keep your sign-in codes, password and phone safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. Consent and respect

Invite only people you know, and only people who want to share with you.
Never use God View to watch, follow or control someone without their knowledge or against their will, or to harass anyone.
Do not install God View on another adult’s phone, or sign in as them, without their clear permission.
Live check-ins, calls and recordings may be used only as each person allowed in the app.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with the police when Indian law requires it.

3. Safety features have limits

God View depends on phones, batteries, GPS, mobile networks, the internet and phone settings, which we do not control. Locations can be late or inaccurate, and alerts, reminders and calls can be delayed or fail. SOS alerts go to your family circle in the app; God View does not contact the police, ambulance or any emergency service for you. Do not rely on God View as your only way to get help.

4. Free trial and family plan

Each new person gets one free trial of 24 hours. A phone, and a mobile number, can each be used for a free trial only once.
After the trial, God View is locked until your family has a plan.
One person can pay for the family: ₹99 per person per month, including applicable taxes. The plan covers the payer and the number of circle members chosen.
Payment is made through Google Play (UPI or card) and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid.
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
If we change the price, we will tell you in advance. The new price applies only from your next renewal after the notice.
While family plans have not started, God View is free.

5. Your content

Messages, photos, voice messages and recordings you share remain yours. You allow us to store, process and deliver them only to provide God View to you and your circle. Do not share anything illegal, abusive, or that you have no right to share.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break any law, or use God View to harm, threaten or deceive anyone;
try to access other people’s accounts or data, or our systems, without permission;
copy, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or use bots or scrapers on it.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving God View, so features can change. We may pause the service for maintenance. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. If you keep using God View after that, you accept the new terms.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using God View and delete your account at any time (Privacy & sharing → Delete my account). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Responsibility

God View is provided “as is”. As far as Indian law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for losses caused by phone, network or internet problems, or by how other people use the information you chose to share with them. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts in India.
